One of the most popular cuisines in the world with loads of flavor, which will keep you asking for more! Our appetizer is a spicy shrimp Tom Yum Soup, flavored with Kaffir leaves, lemongrass, and ginger. Dinner is a fresh red chicken curry with Thai stir fried rice with snow peas, carrots, cabbage, and tofu. Class is demonstration. $35 materials fee due at start of program.
