Description
Join Chef Ravi as we venture into the fine details of making a fascinating world of Sushi. Tonight, we will be making a deep-fried Shrimp tempura sandwich with rice, shrimp, pickled ginger, and spicy mayo! A spicy Tuna sushi cake layered with rice, nori, avocado and cucumber then topped with spicy tuna! A creamy crab roll with imitation crab, cream cheese and seasoned with old bay. For our dessert a mango and Papaya sushi with a mango and cardamom sauce. Class is hands-on. $45 materials fee due at start of class (includes sushi making kit).
