About this event
Description
No swimming experience necessary. A low impact, high resistance workout while socializing, getting in shape and having fun. Discounted rates available for ages 55+.Instructors will teach from the deck giving verbal demonstrations, cues and corrections in order to comply with social distancing. Participants will also be spaced accordingly to comply with social distancing guidelines.
Requests for refunds or transfers must be directed to the supervisor at least 3 business days before the start of an activity. Customers will be charged a $5 administrative fee for each course refund or transfer. No refunds or transfers will be given after an activity starts.
