Want a new challenge? Or want to challenge your past completion times? Register for our 2024 Spring Indoor Triathlon! Please bring your own water bottle, snacks and towel(s). The Race will consist of: a 10-minute swim, 30 minutes on a spin bike, and a 20 minute run on the treadmill. Participants will receive a 10-minute transition after the swim and a 5-minute transition after the bike portion. Total distance will be calculated for each event (swim, bike, run). Each participant will receive a score based on total distance covered relative to that of the other participants. Race Date: Saturday, April 13th Registration deadline: Wednesday, April 10th. Day of/Walk up registration available if spot open in a wave on Saturday, April 13th Race Fee: Member - $30; Non-member - $40 Race Time: Each participant will select a preferred start time. Start times will be awarded on a first come first serve basis, so please register early! We have the right to choose your start time if needed. There are 5 participants/wave and at this time there are 5 waves. Wave times available are: 7:35, 8:10, 8:45, 9:20, & 9:55a *We may add more waves if necessary. If all waves do not fill-up we will bump everyone to an earlier slot. Wave assignments will be posted/sent prior to the race.
