Description
Stretch and strengthen your entire body in our morning slow flow Yoga class! Each class includes a warm up of flowing poses, strength building poses, balancing postures and deeply relaxing poses. To meet the needs of multiple skill levels, modifications to simplify or intensify the practice will be presented.
