Description
Information and Assistance (I&A) is a helpline under the umbrella of Contra Costa County Employment & Human Services Department. The helpline is staffed with knowledgeable social workers who provide information, referrals to resources, and support in problem solving to seniors and adults with disabilities. The presentation will cover services provided by I&A and highlight some important community resources to help seniors and adults with disabilities live independently and safely in their homes.
