Description
It is a form of exercise which comprises of 36 movements involving all parts of the human body with the purpose of promoting circulation of blood and strengthening nerves and muscles. Each movement has its own pattern and each pattern is expected to repeat 5 to 10 times. This exercise is expected to help us gain strength, coordination and energy.
