About this event
I will teach yoga poses as I read large picture books with animals and nature illustrations. I will begin each class with different breathing techniques for focus. We'll play some yoga games for fun learning too.They'll each choose from a selection of fabric I'll bring to make them personal lavender eye pillows for our relaxation time at the end of class. They'll bring them home at the end of camp.
