About this event
We'll have fun learning poses with yoga stories, lots of games, creating new poses, keeping a journal and making breathlets! They'll learn several breathing techniques and choose fabric for lavender eye pillows to use for our relaxation at end of each class. They'll bring them home at the end of camp!
