Join us for Roller Coaster Design Camp and learn to create your own model-sized roller coasters! In addition to having tons of fun and building skills in design and construction, you will also learn basic concepts in physics such as gravity, mass, inertia, velocity, acceleration, and potential energy, that you can apply when building the ultimate roller coaster. Working in teams, campers will use FAO Schwarz and Thames and Kosmos kits to build two to three motorized roller coasters each week. Fridays will include team demonstrations of their final roller coaster designs. Roller Coaster Design is offered in partnership with Lavner Education.
