Description
A new class for adults! Basic ballet techniques with lyrical dance steps and combinations. This is a great way to stretch, improve posture, and feel good moving to current inspiring music. Ages 16 & Up.Instructor Sandy Griffin has been a dance educator for over 40 years. She has had extensive training as a dancer with many renowned teachers and performers, has judged many dance competitions, professionally danced in ballet and musicals, and has owned her own dance studio in Marietta. She has been educated in the RAD syllabus for teaching beginning-professional levels at the Royal Ballet School in London, England.
