Description
Ages 18+
Kick off your weekend early with a fun Friday class, learning about & sampling edible wild plants at the Plainsboro Preserve! Join experienced naturalist, Anne Price, who will guide you in search of wild edibles, teaching you which plants are safe and which should be avoided. Not only will you learn to identify these plants on the trail, but how to prepare them in the kitchen.
Program Fee: $20.00 Non-Residents beginning Mar. 11

Please note: All paid programs and activities are subject to a $2.75 fee when registering in-person. We only accept cash or check for in-person registrations. When registering online all paid programs and activities are subject to a convenience fee of 5.82% and is non-refundable.
