Join the Seattle Prep cross country community for a fun-filled day of running, team-building and comradery! All interested participants will meet at Seattle Prep in the morning before taking school transportation out to Camp Casey on Whidbey Island. There, our award-winning program heads - Andrew Walker (boys coach) and Aimee Corr (girls coach) - will lead a day filled with the ins and outs of Prep cross country. Participants should come prepared with clothes for all climates and temperatures, running shoes, sunscreen (as needed) and anything else to get you through a day of outdoor exercise and meetings.
