Description
Walk with confidence on various terrains using poles to reduce jointpressure, enhance uprightness and flexibility. Designed for peopleexperiencing balance or walking challenges as well as those interested inusing poles for fitness. Includes both classroom instruction and outdoor practice.Bring poles if you have them. Loaner poles available if registered by Friday, May 3 (please identify whether or not you need poles during registration).
Third class (Monday, May 20) will be held outdoors at Martin Luther King Jr park.
There is a rain day set aside for this class - If class can't be held outside on Monday, May 20 due to rain, class will take place Wednesday, May 22.
