About this event
Welcome to the NRST 2023/2024 School Year League. In this training program the swimmer will be taught proper stroke skills and technique as well as endurance. Practices will be held Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 6-7. (Times and dates are subject to change). Time Trials and Meet will be available periodically throughout the season.
