*MUST BRING OWN GLOVES* Cardio Kickboxing is a total body workout that utilizes multiple muscle groups to elevate the heart rate and train participants in speed, agility & quickness. We guide you through executing the stance, punches, and kicks used during the workout. No online registration. Included with a MeckPass or daily pass is required.
