Description
This program is for ages 18+ of all abilities. All skill levels are welcome. Participants will engage in a variety of different sports each week. Each session we will learn the basic skills and drills of the sport. At the end of each session, we will put what you learned to the test with a friendly game.
Please come dressed to be active and wear close-toed shoes. You must wear athletic shoes to participate.
