Description
This class takes the original Zumba dance fitness class to the next level, utilizing an innovative muscle training protocol and the addition of Zumba toning sticks. Zumba toning sticks are provided. You do not need to be a Community Center member to attend HCRP fitness classes at a center. No class 7/5.
Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers. Please bring water.
