Description
This lively total-body workout moves to the beat of the music. Burn calories as you flow through a variety of exercises designed to sculpt and tone your body while strengthening your core and improving your balance and flexibility. You do not need to be a Community Center member to attend HCRP fitness classes at the center. Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers. Please bring water, mat, and hand weights. No class 7/4.
