Description
An hour-long progressive class that will open your body, mind and soul through long deep stretches, restorative poses, breath work, tapping, and self-centering. This class is open to all levels and would be beneficial for people experiencing high stress, anxiety, recovering from injuries, and anything in between. Bring a yoga blanket or beach towel.
