Description
This individualized exercise class uses only TRX and kettlebells to give you a full body workout. You will tone and strengthen all your major muscle groups while also getting your heart rate up to burn the maximal amount of calories. Led by a certified personal trainer, you’ll learn proper form and get more one on one attention in a smaller group setting. Get ready to see results!Skills
