A nourishing class where breathe meets movement. Strengthen your body, improve balance and increase mindfulness.
This Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind.
As we ride the waves of breath in our Yoga practice, we learn to ride the waves of change in our lives with more ease.
This is good for attendance to one day of class during 2024 session. Multiple passes can be purchased throughout the session and must be purchased in person.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
