Description
In these acroyoga classes we will be delving into the fascinating world of Acroyoga. Acroyoga is a practice that builds trust, strength, flexibility, and communication. In this workshop we will be introducing a wide variety of fun and exciting acro yoga poses, and ways to transition between them. From standing counterbalances to L-basing we will be offering something that is accessible and challenging to everyone. Whether you have never tried acro before, or have some familiarity with it, we have something for you! Come alone or bring a friend, everyone is welcome! This course meets on May 4th & May 11th. There is a $40 Fee/$48 NR.
