A music driven movement that incorporates traditional yoga postures with high intensity cardo bursts and deep core conditioning. Buti Yoga includes spiral techniques and shaking/vibrations allowing for an emotional and physical energy release.Please bring a yoga mat, towel, water and your positive energy.
