Description
Therapeutic Recreation Adaptive Fitness is designed to offer an inclusive exercise experience. Community members with and without a disability can access and utilize various fitness equipment, use adaptive fitness grip aids/tools, and have access to knowledgeable staff to guide them to a healthier lifestyle. Due to the high number of fitness participants, staff will be limited in one-on-one assistance. For those who need more one-on-one support, please consider bringing a support assistant or family member to help facilitate your workout experience.
An additional intake/waiver form with a medical professional signature will also be needed before working out at our facility. The waiver is available at the Adventure Center.Children/Participants under the age of 15, must have direct supervision when in the facility.Activity Age Category
