Description
Release stress and tension from your mind and muscles as we move slowly through gentle, soothing stretches. This class will guide you to an overall sense of calm, peace and well being. Your instructor will lead you through a guided full body relaxation at the end of each class. You'll leave feeling more rested and refreshed! Feel free to bring your own yoga mat but mats are not required.
