YOGA NIDRA (Coming Home to Self) Friday May 17, 24, & 31 1pm Cost: $34
In this three day weekly work session, you will learn hands-on-body-mind practices with short periods of reflection. This will be accomplished through Healing Touch techniques, Art Journaling, and Yoga Nidra Meditations/Visualizations. Whether you plan to lie down for Yoga Nidra or sit up for the meditation. Your comfort is the utmost importance, so please bring props you need to make yourself comfortable.
