This is a tentative activity. Registrations will be accepted if it becomes official.
Walking outdoors can boost muscular strength, coordination and quality of life, helping to build the motor skills that prevent falls later in life. Join us once a month to encourage walking for better health, engagement and socialization. Enjoy a healthy catered box lunch after the walk at 12 pm and stay for the movie at 1 pm.
