Baguazhang offers whole-body, low impact balance training. Baguazhang's defining characteristic is constant flowing motion/coiling energy called "Chan Si Jin"(coiling silk energy).This practice of walking in circles is performed with the limbs moving about while the whole body in motion walks at an aerobic pace, creating weight bearing and cardiovascular exercise benefits.
The class will be taught as gentle movement exercises at a relaxed, individual pace.
