Description
Senior Wellness Friday's will incorporate wellness based lessons and activities every Friday alternating between nutrition, fitness, walks/hikes, and meditation/stretching. This program is funded by Transformative Climate Communities grant (TCC grant) and available to senior Coachella residents.Classes will be held (July 11, 18, 25). *No Class July 4th an observance of Fourth of July.*
