Description
Lots of equipment will be used in this class as well as variety. A different class each week, some weeks you will move from station to station, some weeks you will stay in place. This is a timed class mostly strength with some cardio challenges. PLEASE NOTE…….Expect to come a few minutes early to either go over the stations or to get out all of your equipment you will be using.
