Sketching and Painting is an intermediate drawing and painting-based art class that allows young artists to begin exploring their own artistic style. With a variety of subjects including abstract art, landscapes, portrait, still life, and art movements students will try out not only different subjects, but also different mediums ranging from oil and soft pastels, acrylic paint, watercolor and varying combinations of wet and dry materials. With individualized instruction, this class is sure to elevate student’s artistic ability by meeting them where they are currently and providing the tools to bring them to their next level.
