About this event
The Mature H.O.T Women program is designed for women who are Health-conscious, Optimistic, and Triumphant. The program provides technical training to strengthen the body, challenge the mind, and nourish the spirit through a synergy of modern, ballet, and African dance techniques. This program is designed for dancers ages 25 and older. Single session classes are on Saturdays throughout the Annual Program Year from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM and cost $15 per class. Fall Session: September 23 2023-November 18, 2024 Winter Session: January 6, 2024-February 24, 2024 Spring Session: March 2, 2024-April 27, 2024 ~NO CLASS: SPRINK BREAK: March 25-29th
