Description
Join us for a Sunset kayak excursion paddling natural waterways with the professionals at River Dogs Kayaking as your guide. This sunset paddle will begin at Great Bridge Lock Park where participants will board a pontoon boat equipped with your very own boat captain, kayaks, life jackets and paddle accessories. Once out on the water, your Captain will launch each participant in their own kayak to paddle out and explore.
Attire and Needed Items: flexible comfortable clothing, towel and water shoes if preferred.
Requirements: Participants must have general knowledge on how to swim and tread water for at least 30-60 seconds. Water depth will range from 6 inches to over 12 feet. Kayak and accessories will be provided. A life jacket will be provided to each participant and is required to be worn during the trip. It is recommended that the participant is confident in their abilities to participate in this water activity. Participant must be able to enter and exit a kayak using a ladder on the side of a pontoon boat with some assistance.
