Insect Study Merit Badge We will complete: 1a, 1b, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6a, 6b, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13 We will start and discuss but may not complete in its entirety: 5a and 5b - we will start our collection/scrapbook but may not reach the 20 insect minimum 9 - we will discuss metamorphosis and view a mealworm colony with different stages present 10a - we will discuss ant colonies and use videos, but may not have access to a live ant farm
