Join us here at the Turtle Valley Donkey Refuge in Chase, BC for a special visit! Your tour includes a guided talk about the beautiful Turtle Valley, the refuge, our donkeys, and a visit with the donkeys. The Donkey Refuge is a registered charity whose mission is to provide a safe, secure and permanent home for 100 neglected, abused or unwanted, donkeys and mules. Come and learn about how donkeys are sociable, intelligent and unique equines that are very different from horses in temperament and care. Our refuge provides a space for you to experience a personal connection with these special animals. We will meet at the parking lot in front of Shoppers’ Drug Mart in Valleyview Square Shopping Centre at 9 a.m. to arrange carpooling.
