Minds Matter Monday -is for adults 18+. Each week, participants will have the opportunity to take 1.5 hours to have a discussion on mental health and self-care, then complete a hands-on take home project. This program is designed to help participants set goals and explore what self-care looks like by exploring different activities related to their self- care journey. This program will run for 8 weeks. Week 1- goal setting and vision boards. Week 2: Aromatherapy- shower steamers/ perfume roller Week 3: Sleep and environment - sleep masks/ candles Week 4: Positive affirmations- affirmation Jars Week 5- Effects of stress on the body - body scrub lip scrub Week 6 Benefits of recreation and nature - terrarium Week 7 self-expression and journaling- DIY Journal Week 8- Personal gratitude/ Crystal meanings - personal message bracelets
