Description
Tune into those Latin rhythms as you salsa dance. With a little
cha cha and Bachata in the mix, you’ll improve cardio fitness, core strength, flexibility, and balance. Feel the beat in both popular songs and Latin tunes. No partners needed.
All skill levels welcome! This class is open to all ages of adults and experience levels.
