Description
Tap those feet while dancing to upbeat popular songs and traditional tunes reflecting the history of the dance. Borrowing from tap and Irish dance, you’ll improve cardio fitness, core strength, flexibility, and balance. All skill levels welcome! This class is open to all ages and experience levels.Free Dance classes! No registration required but highly recommended.
