Discover another wonderful North Carolina Park! We will begin our day hiking in New River State Park and having a picnic lunch (BYO). The afternoon will be spent on a 2 hour float down the New River. This is a beautiful time to be in the mountains. Adult participation required if under 18.Pre-registration required. Participants must be able to travel 5 - 6 miles on uneven terrain. Bring a bag lunch and plenty of water.
