Description
We'll explore and practice various meditation and breathwork techniques. Following our discussion, we'll partake in a relaxing instrumental Sound Bath. Please dress for comfort. Mats, bolsters, and blankets will be available, but you're welcome to bring your own. Complimentary light snacks and beverages will be served!Age Category
