Description
On 9/11 the world stopped. On 9/12 their stories moved us all. Winner of Best New Broadway Musical in 2020, Come from Away is the remarkable true story of 7,000 stranded passengers during the 9/11 attacks on the Twin Towers, and a small town in Newfoundland that welcomed them.
Cultures clashed and nerves ran high, but uneasiness turned into trust and gratitude grew into enduring friendships. Written by Tony nominees Irene Sankoff and David Hein, who were also actual passengers, the musical staging and story line of this unique show is stunning. Fee includes roundtrip transportation, show tickets (with taxes, fees) and a bus snack on the way home.Location
