Description
Go Gymnastics classes for kids ages 18 mo-7 years old. Bar, beam, floor and more to work on new gymnastics skills!A fun introduction class to gymnastics for boys and girls. Mini's is geared towards introducing gymnastics to our young friends.
We will introduce basic gymnastics skills like forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, walking on beams and begin learning skills on bars. The class includes warm-up, flexibility, balance and conditioning.
