A twist on parent-child bonding, Mommy and MeYoga stretches the fun of family fitness.Simple stretches tone your muscles and calm your mind while you explore playful yoga poses. Prepare to be silly, move your body, and laugh with your baby. Toys are provided for tots to socialize outside of yoga. This class is ideal for toddlers through 5 years and is a great way to meet other moms.
