Designed to teach basic competitive swimming skills, build self-esteem, and improve strokes. It's a great way to meet new friends, keep your kids active, and introduce them to a swim team program. We offer one morning and three evening programs. Swim meets are scheduled to be conducted Saturday mornings against one of the other Chandler teams. There will be a $18 meet fee for swimmers to participate in the Saturday meets. Swim Meet participation is optional. Prerequisite: Participants must be able to swim 25 yards of freestyle and 25 yards of backstroke. Registration is age specific. The cutoff date for the age verification is June 1st. You must register your child in their age group category despite their swimming ability. For example, if your child is 7 years of age, they cannot be registered for the 9-11 year-old age group.
Due to the July 4th holiday, there will be no swim meet Saturday, July 6th and no practice Thursday, July 4th. To ensure proper communication from Swim Team Coaches, please update your registration email to reflect the email you wish to receive communication. Prior to the start of the season, coaches will reach out with information about swim meets, team shirts, and information about the coaching team for the season. The registration fee covers practice days and times only. Swimmers will have the option to participate in Saturday Swim Meets. Parents will receive a link to register their swimmer with SWIMMINGLY for the entire season. This fee will be $18 for the entire summer and will include full access to SwimminglyFan for live updates on upcoming races, heat/event placement, and time tracking for each individual swimmer. Team T-shirts will also be available for purchase and are optional for all participants.
