Description
Designed for active adults who know the importance of staying mentally sharp and physically stable, this innovative class cleverly combines specific activities designed to improve your memory, reasoning, conceptualization, language and problem solving skills. You'll learn age-appropriate exercises to strengthen the core and reduce risk of falling while standing or walking.
