Zumba takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. This class is a walk-in class; available on a first-come-first-serve basis. No registration required.
Class is included with a CRC membership; non-members pay a daily admission fee.
