Join us to simply relax and receive a blissfully restful and powerfully healing experience of sound vibrations. With the immersion of the body within the vibrations of sound, at a cellular level there is a tuning or harmonizing effect, potentially providing relaxation, a release of stress and tension, that cultivates a peaceful inner calm. Whereas a majority of health concerns are due to stress and lifestyle choices, sound vibration meditation offers a modality to counter life's pressures.
Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring pillows, blankets or items to create a comfortable space for their meditation.
