"The forest is the therapist. The guide opens the door" is the motto of the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides and Programs. Join certified Therapy Guide Jennifer Boudart for a slow, mindful walk intended to help you connect with nature. When you wander out on this August morning, you will be invited to "unplug" and tune into your senses as you explore what the land has to offer. You'll also be invited to share what you're noticing if you wish. During this program, you will also learn about forest bathing, a bit about the site, and gather around for some tea and water to conclude the program. Some pads and camp stools are provided if you choose to sit. If you have your own feel free to bring them.
