2024 IRONMAN 70.3 Cap Cana

The race takes place in "Cap Cana City Destination, Dominican Republic." It is a planned city on the east coast of the Dominican Republic, just 15 minutes from Punta Cana Airport. Athletes will swim 1.2 miles (1.9 km) at Juanillo Beach, parallel to the coast. The transition area is located 200 meters from the shore, and the single-loop cycling route covers 42 miles (90 km), passing through the streets of Cap Cana towards the national highway heading west of Cap Cana City Destination.
Upon returning from cycling and making the second transition, athletes will proceed with the running portion of the race through the streets of Cap Cana, turning at the beautiful marina, and heading back to the finish line at Juanillo Beach, culminating their IRONMAN 70.3 Cap Cana with a spectacular backdrop of this tropical paradise right by the shore.

La Carrera tiene lugar en “Cap Cana Ciudad Destino, República Dominicana”. Una ciudad planificada en la costa este de República Dominicana, a tan solo 15 minutos del Aeropuerto de Punta Cana. Los atletas nadarán 1.2 millas (1.9 km) en la playa juanillo, paralelo a la costa. La transición se encuentra a 200 de la orilla y el ciclismo de una sola vuelta de 42 millas (90 km) continúa pasando por las calles de Cap Cana hacia la autopista nacional de doble calzada saliendo hacia el oeste de Cap Cana Ciudad Destino. Al volver del ciclismo está la segunda transición, los atletas realizarán el atletismo a través de las calles de Cap Cana, dando vuelta en la hermosa marina, y volverán a la meta final en la playa Juanillo, culminando así su IRONMAN 70.3 Cap Cana.
